You are incredibly brave to be able to deal with being pregnant at such a young age. Pregnancy is such a stressful ordeal, especially since you weren’t even capable or ready to keep your child. I am sorry you were not able to have a child when you were ready, but I am glad you were able to give a child to someone who wanted one more than anything.
Unwanted pregnancy is a tough situation for everyone involved. The way you dealt with having to tell your parents is also admirable because honestly if I ever found myself in your situation I would have panicked and ran away. Thankfully, you’re not nervous person and you gave a child to someone who was already prepared to be a mother. I’m also sorry the father of your child wasn’t there during your pregnancy for support. I guess that’s what happens when two kids have a kid, right?
Although I admire how maturely you handled yourself, I still think you make a ridiculously stupid mistake. I know we all make mistakes, but this one could have been prevented so easily. Dude, I get that sex is fun and it’s great with someone you love, but there’s so many forms of contraception that you have access to. Even if you were too embarrassed to get some, you could have just waited until you weren’t. I feel like if you don’t use contraception and you don’t want to get pregnant then you shouldn’t be having sex. Next time please use it, I mean, unless you’re ready to have a baby and you can give it the best life possible.
